If I book 2 FWH standard room, how to secure connecting room? Anyone knows?

Kiosk with manual assistant, it alway had a long queue, as its free.
The counter service need to pay extra for special request.

U get diiferent availability read out from web if you jump to booking from their main website.

This is how I do it:
1) visit book.rwgenting.com direct
2) Login with your email or membership #
3) Click the calender icon of your preferred hotel (Ensure shopping cart is empty)
4) Currency: MYR (WARNING: Don't choose "Genting Point" !!!!)
5) Pick date range with 0 RM
6) Book and enjoy.

Other than FWH, booking Coffee Terrace breakfast buftet at Front Desk is cheaper during check-in.

If you are upper tier gold, call to upgrade, no harm trying.
I managed to get World Club room upgrade via phone after web-booked Superior Deluxe. (More than twice).

If you never login first.. don't navigate if you had not login, old cache will give incorrect data, and ensure shopping cart is totally empty.

if you follow the sequence I stated in my last post.. but so released less than 1 week, can't fully occupied, even for silver cardholder, u must have missed a step

I think only available at 3rd floor.
Gold member can sign in Classic or Sliver member in.
Last time Sliver member also can access without sign in, not sure is it still same...

silver can also go level 3 gold club no need sponsor. but inside level 3 got plaitinum club, that one need sponsor.

Last time Silver Genting card go to Resort World Cruise can straight get Silver Card.
If now Gold RWC card, can got Genting change to Gold card?

*update, i tried my dad RWG Gold account login and managed to see those 0 RM rooms. still lot.

so i guess really no luck for silver

Thank you for confirming. Have never gone up to the 3rd floor. (Non gambler just want to try the coffee)
Coz I'm a member but my wife isn't.

All the while non member can enter the casino so that's why i am asking in can sign in a non member using passport or any other identification method.

Generally safe. There are many Malaysia, Singapore cars parked there.

But if you are too worried then don't drive up better.
