Is it the same as this? It says premium though.

Which hotel and room is recommended that is very near to Skycasino? My elderly mother having walking problem.
Heard booking from 3rd party accommodation site will have problem checking in due to long queues. Anyone got experience? Or should I book directly from genting.

Crockford (Expensive) and First World Hotel (Cheaper). Maybe bring a wheelchair along?

Highland Hotel lobby just under 5mins from the Highland Casino.
Although Highland Casino not as grand as SkyCasino, but the crowd not as hogging as SkyCasino.. which most latter machines only readily available after 2am.

Wheelchair is a must for elderly..
Bus terminal to both FWH and Highlands/GentingGrand is quite a distance, Resort Hotel is the furtherest.

My mum/dad used to dislike wheelchair but it really helps alot. Can go around faster and save their strength so that they enjoy the vacation alot better. Probably would suggest to get at least Superior Room.

Book early to get Superior Deluxe or World Club Room, next best were the Y5 Deluxe/Triple (got wifi), the Deluxe (no wifi), then the least Standard (no fridge).
these SD/WC rooms had more privacy as the windows had good views and not unit-to-unit facing

Too late too book now, World Club fully booked until end of December, wait for end of September for booking 2026 Jan-Mar slots.

First come First Serve, Within first days, World Club room will be snap up full. usually by Room Scalpers/Bookies.
Generally new booking slots were released 90+ days in advance, usually at last weekend of the quarterly months (ie. Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec), historically Fri-Mon.

Just checked, FOC Superior Deluxe room still had few vacancy in weekday in first 2 week of December 2025.

Normal Deluxe room always plentiful available, Y5 deluxe//triple too if u dont mind the windows unit-facing-unit room types.

more spacious
no need chg bus
no waste time at yong peng makan
got entertainment
pick up drop off point sg goof for me but YMMV

707 is value for money + many drop off pt locally

Onsite Yes.
Online No (Normal red card)

Dont sign-up online before you gotten your physical card.
Its a chore to call them up amend the linkup.

As of 2025, the other casino in Genting Highland, other than the SkyCasino at SkyAvenue, the other one located at the same block as Highland Hotel.

Level 1/2 - General Areas
Level 3 - Crockfords Platinum and Gold Club (You can enter via escalators inside or outside the casino)
