Suggest to call in and book and request at the same time. WCR usually kena snap up rather quickly.

i check online if avail for me then i call to book , but tower 1 snap up real fast , LOL . i called same timing with my friend, i got tower 1 , he didn't

First time booking through my host just now. Last minute decide to go on this coming Monday. Luckily still got Transtar Solitaire bus. But strange that I got to book a bus with no other seats occupied, except for mine. So just wondering whether they will move me to another bus or not.

A pity GG sold out. So my host only able to get me RW hotel, Premier King. Wondering if that's a good room. Anyone can share your thoughts?

A pity GG sold out. So my host only able to get me RW hotel, Premier King. Wondering if that's a good room. Anyone can share your thoughts?

Register at the self-service kiosk. No deposit is required. Check in your luggage at the concierge. Go for your lunch. Have fun in the casino. They will sms you when your room is ready.

oh ya , just to share , the pervious trip i went on wcr 1 , the bed hard af ,,, lousy pillow , LOL . the good thing is the space is much bigger only . Y5 triple the bed better tho , but this trip i am at highland room , better bed and pillow LOL

Just to share avoid corner RW room if you are travelling with companion because the room is significantly smaller than a corridor room.

Last minute booking and thinking of getting a cheaper coach?
Get 707 coach bus, their bus fleet the largest, and can even take them around 9am at Queen Street terminal.
Can wake up late, take MRT to Jalan Besar MRT, take their late morning buses.
There is no need to settle for expensive Solitaire.

RW hotel best for casinos gamblers, just take to hotel level 2, and u are just less than 15 footsteps to Gold member entrance.
The ground floor lobby next to at least 5 food stores opened till early morning, some 24 hrs.

RW Hotel lobby there is free transfer van to First World lobby near Starbuck, every 15-min wait.

My experience is Transtar is saving cost at the expense of customer experience. Use normal bus to pick up at 3 locations to transfer at their HQ at Grantral Mall to Solitaire and Zclub coach.

Result is reach custom 1 hr later compared to previous trips (direct from pickup point and pick at 2 more locations).

Anyone who travel with Transtar recently can confirm if they are still doing it ?

Yes. I recently saw a yt video guy filmed taking transtar. He took shuttlebus from grantal mall, past msia custom then change to their Transtar luxury coach.

Imagine u pay much more than other coaches but still have to take 40seater shuttlebus pass msia custom then can enjoy the luxury coach. I would rather take 707 then.. cheap n comfy.

Transtar had limited resources.
707 had the most, and probably followed by WTS.
I had travelled to Genting almost every month, took many WTS and Transtar buses.

Most of the transfers happened to Transtar buses, they had only few cross-border SG buses (plate start with P), but many MY bus (plate start with J=JB or W=KL), so its expected.

Many WTS agencies around SG, core business mainly for local, thus they had many cross-border buses parked in SG.

Some bus changes are sensible and acceptable, like consolidate drop off passengers of same dropoff.
Once, they swap me from ClubZ to solitaire at SG customs, since the latter had less passengers on same dropoff
Transtar drivers could drop off fewer stops.
