If kiosk doesn't show any, in all likelihood... you are not entitled liow. You can ask the staff at the front desk to do a check via their system for you, which I had been there done that, but likely they will not see anything too.

P.S.: Like Eugene used to say in this forum previously... RWG Complimentary Room and Subsidy algorithm is complicated!

Thanks bro. Found out the answer.

Kiosk not near casinos will not display the travel subsidy.

Only kiosk within casino or very near to casino will show it. Got my 500RM.

if you had an assigned host, he can help u do all the checks.. and requests..

I just chatted with him once, somewhat complained that I very long time no received FREE complimentary concert tickets, and in the next few weeks, I got total 4 pairs of VIP tickets, previously I got only PS1 tixs from 2018-2022.

And one time, probably a noob cashier, said I don't have lucky money for the voucher printed minutes ago, but I called my host to verif, I passed him the phone to talk to cashier and I got my free money as per voucher stated dates.

Use your available help from your host, he can make magic happened.

Okay, try asking your host to book a comp Crockfords Villa room and see the magic happens.

No more noisy Elephant next to MarryBrown Level 4 branch, the entire section closing down including Ripley's BoN, remaining adjoining shops including Pizza Hut, Santai and MB.

100myr spent = 1GP?
18th of the month = 8x GP?
But Beena and 168 Store, only 1x leh

My bad: Every 100 MYR = 1x GP + 8x TP, at participating stores.

good riddance of that elephant. its quite loud and annoying. i thought that area become the breakfast buffet place, isnt it? or where did the breakfast buffet place shifted to? i read some where level of FW plaza.

Moved back to Food Factory Level 4 SkyAvenue or Level 8 of First World Tower 1.

Dinner Buffet still at Coffee Terrace

Sharing things that I learnt from this trip:

- Arrived at night. Left near corner rooms. RW Premier Room floors level 11 and 13 are smoking floors.

- NN credits must be redeemed at iKiosk within the casino or very near to the casino. For example, the iKiosk near RW escalator didn't show it but the iKiosk beside membership counter at RW Gold Club area can redeem it.

- RW Swimming Pool closed until 20 Oct for lights replacement works.

- One of the least crowd over the weekend that I have seen. Maybe because near exam week.

- GrandLink JP currently stands at 3.7m RM.

- Mei Zi Guo standard dropped badly. Will skip in future.

Last Friday, I printed my Lucky Money and Transport Subsidy at Kiosk near Gold Member counter next to escalator.
I believed it's about timing.

One time, I went casino late as family want to visit GPO first day before room was ready. I checked in late and visit casino, no free NN credit, but after midnight they appeared at the same kiosk machine.
