but they say no? that's what poster is saying
Yup but is not because of retrieval difficulties. Doc claimed they don’t usually provide for patients despite my friend wanting to pay the amount he charges insurer to get. My friend said she would try to get her agent to request on her behalf but charged to her.

If it’s the patient requesting, I definitely don’t see why can’t that be done so. It’s not like you’re not entitled to your own sensitive medical information.

how do you know that's not the cover of difficulties in retrieval
My friend said she would try to get her agent to request on her behalf but charged to her.
wonder if that can be done because of medical confidentiality.

She said she saw everything in that stack of cards that doc always has 😂
then the clinic quite sus.

maybe check with MOH/Singapore Medical Council whether there is any policy/law/regulation that compels doctor not to release or must release such info to the patient.

Most accident plan pays limit is about 3 to 5k per accident depending on your tier. So it wont covers your bill
That’s what ISP is for no?
Ya claim through ISP rider.
Just be aware that if you file claims with both your Integrated Shield carrier and your Personal Accident carrier for the same event you need to let each know about the other. If the policies are both designed for medical reimbursement you're not allowed to get back more than you actually spent on eligible medical care. In other words, you don't want to commit insurance fraud.

Some policies aren't specifically tied to medical bills. Critical Illness policies, for example. Those are generally, "Got this type/stage of cancer? Congratulations, here's some money to buy ice cream and a manicure." I'm not talking about policies like those.
