Can't you see that the distro faked the SRP so as to get an award from HWZ?

I am shocked that HWZ gave a best value award to them when it is actually selling for S$500+.

Just let the distros rot to death if they continue such attitude, dun know if they dumb or think consumers are dumb, still keep chopping when amazon is offering a much more competitive price.

Lousier components as in 2k caps compared to 5k caps, just provide slightly better longer lifetime, cleaner power etc but performance wise will be the same.

The moment i saw a Gigabyte card priced lower than a Palit card, i knew something was fishy. Coz Gigabyte has prided itself with its Windforce coolers. No way a card that is capable of cooling better than Asus DirectCUII can be priced lower than the Palit Jetstream, also considering Palit 2 year warranty versus Gigabyte 3 year warranty. For other cards Gigabyte has a reputation of being a cheaper-than-Asus premium card brand. So no way it can price itself at this price point for the 760. Else it will completely blow other 'cheaper' brands like Palit and Leadtek out of the water.

Palit always offer the best price when it comes to Nvidia cards. Usually nothing beats it. The next cheapest should be Leadtek. The rest are always priced above the rest and above the SRP by quite a fair bit. Likewise in this case.

somehow, after watching the newegg tv DIY 3-part series youtube, feel like i got good knowledge to self-build... maybe only worry is the PSU cables..
