Not true. The number of foreigners using this “loophole” is really not significant bcos the risk now is too high. I know quite a lot of people who submitted cheques for EoK and they are all Singaporeans. Their profile are those in middle management in Financial Industry, married with kids, moving on to second property by decoupling their first one and having one of the spouse buy the second property at EoK.
