Gojek has a $4 cancellation fee 4 minutes after you’re matched to a driver and you cancel
So means what. If I’m gojek driver I can accept, wait for 4 minutes and then say “whoops made a wrong turn sorry silly me need another 18 minutes to reach you can you cancel” and if the customer gong gong dunno got cancellation fee the driver gets rewarded for SCAMMING?

Was, didn't know about this.
Have to bear in mind when moi use gojek the next time.

Taxi are not great but at least I don’t tio charged for the driver simply not showing up and fake a wrong turn and act blur and dishonest trying to eat your money. Worst is if Gojek is on this as they also probably earn quite a fair bit from these scam cancellations.

gojek responded with an email that was basically a copy paste of the original email response. Seems like they are not serious about this issue at all.

Please be wary when taking gojek.
