I don't recall any news saying it's out in the HK market.

IIRC, the steinheil sgp oloephobic screen protector doesn't cover to the edges. It leaves quite a gap actually. The sgp flex screen covers up to the edge but it's a wet application type so it has those orange peel texture.

I'm using a cheapo screen protector that came with my sunny wave case. It covers nearly to the edges so I'm fine with it... just that it attracts fingerprints and oils like a sponge... sigh..

Yes me. Actually it's for my work computer which is on win XP. So now it's just for charging my phone, not transferring files..

Luckily it works ok on my win 7 machine at home.

Custom kernels having some battery issue in standby. The AOKP rom has some nice tweaks but also has issues with Market purchases.

If you want to try a custom rom, MCR with stock kernel is quite good.

I'm currently using Android Revolution HD. Wanted to try MCR but didn't want the rotation of launcher. Do you know if this feature can be toggled or is permanent in the rom?

It's available as an optional add-on in his (paid) kitchen. I'm not sure if the pre-baked version includes it.

Or you can try MCR but use Nova Launcher, which looks almost the same as the stock launcher, but with a "forced portrait" option.

Btw, a 4.0.2 version of MCR is coming soon.

Ah the prebaked one is probably the rotating launcher. I dislike modaco because it's overpriced for a forum. I actually paid once without realizing that the subscription is actually only one year. And its a waste of money because I only used the custom kitchen a couple of times only.
