Can get it at US google loh. So much simpler. Cheaper including shipping yet with international warranty. $390 can get already.

Unless you wanna get from electronics bazaar from people like weeds which can sell you at $440~$450.

Device alone cost almost 385(299usd) how can shipping be so cheap? After shipping about 405 then still need to pay for gst 7% which is another $28.

Been there done that bro. Go check on the old thread. Many have done it at below $400.

Btw exchange rate that i got from credit card is only at 1.236 for 1USD.

USD$299 * 1.236 = $369.56.

My shipping cost i use hsg. Register a new acc last year nov or dec period got 1st 0.5kg free which is about $13.20 waived. So therefore i paid about $6.80 USD nia for shipping.

There is many at SLS. Cheap ones from 10400mAh @ $50. But do take note. I believe that this 10400mAh dont provide full power. It definately can't hold charge. With 10400mAh i can only charge my n7 from flat to 100% using 2A output. and the remaining i can charge my note 2 for about another 25% then flat liao. So base on my calculations you buy 10400mAh you can charge the most 5000++mAh.

I bought 2 sets of the n7. One is from my friend who he himself brings in and sells it at $410 to me.

The other set is i got it from google play store US by myself to give it as a gift. And that cost me only USD299+USD6.80 = USD 305.80

USD 305.80 * POSB Credit Card Exchange Rate 1.236 = approx SGD$377.97

Even if there is no promo the shipping should not exceed USD$13.20+USD$3.40+$3.40 = USD$20.

USD$299+USD$20 = USD$319 * 1.236 = SGD$394.28

That is the max it can go. Giving you an allowance of $5.72 before hitting GST mark.

There are many ways to go for cheaper shipping alternatives. I base on $20 USD for express shipping. You can always go for cheaper shipping options. Not only that there are many shippers around that offer way lesser.

After using for ard 6mths, I noticed the recent 1wk my N7 doesn't seem to be charging normally. Even plugging into the wall charging plug for abt 1hr, the battery % also doesn't move an inche, which was a little abnormal as compared to how it did charge alright back then.
I tried to power down the N7 to charge, but it doesn't seem to help too...

Could be many cases.

1. Are you using the original charger that comes with it. If not then are you using a 5v 2.1A charger head?

2. Are you using the original USB cable to charge together with the charger? Cause 3rd party cables will affect the output current. And may not be able to charge properly. Too long or too short or too thick or too thin will also affect the charging time.

3. If you are charging using the computer USB port then stop charging using the computer USB port as it might not even charge at all.

4. Is there any super draining apps that are draining your battery other than your screen?

5. Are you using a USA pin converter to charge your tablet? Chances are that converter is faulty. Might need to change.

6. Check are you using any 3 sockets to one socket extension plug? If so it could be that socket is faulty. Cause there might be a case where by the current load is shared to the limit. For instance I have a 2A charger and a 2A iron and a fan in one socket. There isn't enough current.

Check all the above mention first. If all fails then just send in for servicing at Tai Seng 8th Burn Road.
