okay i tried flashing CM7 #12 and it goes to endless looping of the skateboard loading screen.. had to take out the battery to stop and tried again to no avail.. anyone has any idea? or i should just flash to #11 instead?
(edited: finally done it after a few tries of wipe and flash)

The quick way to wipe is to lock and unlock back the bootloader, it wipes instantly :)

Can ask us if u need advises and guidance.

just wondering if anyone has the same problem? I charge my Nexus S and have my percentage shown on the notification bar, but it'll always show until 97 and never 100, even if i leave it overnight, but the status is charged.. battery problem? or maybe i should just discharge totally one day to see if it gets calibrated?

(Nexus S is on CM7 RC2, Netarchy 1.2.7, MatteBlue Theme)

Vulpix: have PM-ed u regarding the cradle (=

I have a feeling it's a CM7 issue, where it shows the actual true charge, instead of 100%. :s13: As explained in the battery thread, our phones never actually charge to full 100%, and for the Nexus S it's around 97%. Don't think you should be that bothered about it.

Fans of MIUI are going to love this news. Nexus S to get the GUI first before anyone else.
I actually read a chef kick up a fuss about the MIUI rom stating security concerns. Basically he says the rom comes pre-rooted, isn't open source, comes from China, possibly might be sending information without user consent. You can't see the underlying code, only language packs are released.

But I know nuts about these, as usual, caveat emptor.

Yeah, that's the reason why I'm not using MIUI as well. After that recent "unfortunate event", I'm very wary about using a modded OS.
