Update: And now it's official! According to the Official Google Blog, the Nexus S will be available for purchase after December 16th "online and in-store from all Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores," either unlocked or with a T-Mobile plan. Across the pond, look for the Nexus S to hit December 20th at Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy UK. Videos after the break.

can u give example?

just purely in terms of hardware (disregarding the dreadful lag, non-latest OS updates)

fm radio removed
no external sd card slot
bluetooth downgrade to 2.1
tv-out lost.

SGS also has gyroscope, just no supported via OS. No camera flash on SGS. A proper hardware button to bring phone out of sleep (pathetic I know ). No curved glass display. And a poorly working GPS.

And I think that's about it.

Strange leh...720x480 is only D1 resolution, definitely not considered any form of HD. Dunno is it typo or not.
