when i purchased from singtel, it stated free casing, but collection is only 1 month later. maybe i need to check the singtel invoice to see if the free casing is indicated or not.

I called in but can't even reach anyone. So just WhatsApp them.
They keep asking me to show screenshot of the gift. Who will go screenshot sia.

It seems that those freebies they don't put into the order.
Gotten the X Fold 5 from them with free case, also not in order. But I received the case together.

They can just say it is a mistake made by their CSO.

Yes I think they did. I got screenshot of that one from before on the webshop. But I just now realised they rephrased the wording to while stocks lasts. Very scammy and underhanded to unsuspecting users even tho they are technically not in the wrong to do that.
