so other than the pixel software experience... whats the main reasons u guys bought the 11 series?? or upgrade from the 10 series..

Honestly it's because of the Google AI Pro > sell iPhone while waiting for the latest iPhone.

But I'm like oh Fold 8 series also got 6 months free. Damn.

I then bought a BNIB Pixel 10 Pro Fold from Carousell for $1100 2 months back.
This seller had a Pixel 9 Pro Fold but apparently there were some issues with it and Google Store gave him a brand new 10 Fold in exchange for the 9 Fold, he printed an email msg to prove it.
Yes, Google phones have very poor resale value.
Fortunately, my nephew stays in NY and some Google Stores have trade in for old phones.
I traded in my OG Pixel Fold and was given a value of US$500 when I bought the Google 11 Pro XL 256gb and also a store credit of US$200.
FYI, the trade in value for the Pixel 10 Fold 256gb is US1000.
You can actually the system if you have contacts overseas,
Google Store in Australia and Japan have trade in prog.

I'm surprised they are not particular about the origin of the device, whether it's from the US market or from other countries for the trade-in.

I don't bash for no reasons. And am definitely not a fanboy. So that is what makes me different from isheep, as I state everything with facts and findings.

I myself used to be a pixel fan, and my last pixel is pixel 7. Then, everyone started blaming Samsung vs TSMC fab, and everyone was so hyped up when they finally changed to TSMC fab.

In the end another disappointment. So it is Google side fked things up instead of the fabrication foundry

I am now waiting for someone to map the tensor G6 to the graphs together with sd8e5, d9500. Want to see how efficient the chip is, and have a good laugh after that

So pixel UI from google, being the lao pei of android makes a lot of sense for me because I like their design language and I appreciate being at the cutting edge of their shepherding vision for Android.
