Amazon warranty is better than any local warranty

hahahahaha... don't get me started.
I was probably one of the first to get P5 from amazon uk direct. But sold it after 2 weeks...
why? Not because it not a good phone. It is a really good phone.
But because 1K for a phone without any warranty that perform almost the same as a P3 (don't beat me up on this), just don't make sense.

i know the UK set comes with two years. But better how? you pay for freight to and from UK. Have you personally done a warranty request to amazon uk? genuinely curious....

Just want to share my thoughts on Pixel 5 after almost a month using it.
1. So smooth. The speed in incredible especially switching from Pixel 3. Obviously not flagship specs blablabla..but it's good enough at least to me.

2. Photos and videos are great. I takes a lot of photos with my phone. Also use it to edit photos and sometimes videos. Again, speed is not an issue to me so far.

3. Battery is damn power. I have not charge my phone since yesterday morning and I'm still left with 33%. My previous pixel 3 last me a day.

In conclusion, I love it. I think is a good phone for it's price point. I was struggling between pixel 5 and ip12. I didn't regret at all.

Have you tried video calls? I find Pixel’s video call quality quite sub-par. Seems that whatever software magic Google applies to photos, it can’t do that for videos as well, especially for video calls.

Just say I 'rented' my Nexus 6 for a year with the $$ I paid for GST previously. I'll leave it at that.

P5 video editing speed is questionable.. not as fast as expected...

I did once with WhatsApp only, but it was fine.
I think Video recording is average but their software magic does help on the stabilization.

Pixel 5 does support Sub-6 (UK, TW version) bands in Singapore. HOWEVER, As what previous bros mentioned, it's up to Google push support.

They have to make sure the 5G Sub-6 and mmWave can work here
