Hoping for at least a 90hz amoled display and screen size >6.3" for Pixel 5A XL.

Sent from Xiaomi Mi 11 using GAGT

90Hz and bigger screen size are battery killers. Which means you need to pack in a bigger battery for a budget phone.

Google officially confirms the Pixel 5a exists, will launch later this year in the US

SG no more???

[chooyoshi]

SG no more???

Maybe Google thinks that Us and JPN are the best markets for the pixel 5a. The chip shortage is real, so possibly google might lack enough stock of 5as and therefore will only sell in the markets where it does well.

BTW, if you want to keep free google photos backup after 1st june, go buy a pixel phone now, 5a and 6 will not have this build in, even for high quality. Second hand will work.
