referencing the pre order freebie for the Pixel 5, have to fill up a form separately on another site that handles the freebie distribution. I managed to do it last year (ordered via Amazon UK to send the phone directly to SG) and used a forwarder address/details to get the bose headphones

Singapore is using 5G Band 26 and 28 right? 28 is listed for both models on GSMArena for 2 models. It should be fine importing in I reckon.

Should be able to be available in Singapore on release but just dunno why they didn't....
