curious how is everyone mobile network standby on battery usage.
I see Mobile Network Standby in high percentages still but battery doesn't seem to be draining very quickly to be honest. There are some reports on Reddit stating that this could be some kind of mis-reporting that does not actually impact battery life. I can't really confirm if this is the case.

Any price difference? Is it cheaper the the retail price?
It is selling at Google store exclusively, not at retailers

I bought mine fr Qoo10 last Dec and it was a great deal, on flip side took 3 wks to arrive which I'm not in a rush and by then most major bugs are fixed

I feel overall battery is average and could be optimized further. Haven't factored in additional esim :frown:

For 4600mah, I expect an almost 2 day battery life but at best 1 full day  I even turn off Gmail sync to save more battery haiz

Sometimes I wish Google have a basic no frill os for those who don't need Google assistant, rich ui material theme or other hidden fanciful background apps running behind to drain battery

Yea still staying at 30 ish % here , toggle off for adaptive connectivity and keep network option doesn't seems to help much.

This is when using 5G signal, right or just LTE?
On LTE, mine is hovering less than 8%, 5G is around 25-30%.

Try long pressing the silent notification and choose Default instead of Silent.

Settings -> Notifications -> App Settings

will be where you can collectively set for all your apps their notifications.
Thank you! It didn't work for that particular one as there was some action I had to do on the fitbit app that was somehow running behind and I couldn't see it till I accessed the app a few times. Recall it happened on my s20+ before too. Anyways, it's gone now :)

128gb is seriously too small... Hiaz
Agreed, after calculating my storage consumption on my current phone I figured that my stuffs will not fit into a 128gb pixel 6 pro. 256GB is minimum.

We'll have to depend on Samsung's S22 offerings unfortunately (if unwilling to order the Pixel 6/Pro from 3rd party qoo10 importer). No idea if the warranty would be recognized by Google Singapore? And the 3 weeks wait might not be feasible for some, what if you receive a defective set?

Another alternate option is the Mi 11 Ultra but because it is not sold locally and the Global variant is impossible to find, the China version is the only option (which means flashing to the Miui EU Rom is inevitable for optimal android experience). Read somewhere that even Miui EU rom is having trouble with Safety Net and banking apps are deactivating and activating randomly, not sure if the sacrifice in convenience is worth it for the large camera sensors. Exporting the China set also means warranty/rma issues should the need arise.

Hiaz that's why I still can't find a good phone to upgrade from my k30pro zoom... No phone in the market can make it now.. Looks like it's the peak in mobile phone since SD 865 cpu..

If you're not experiencing slowdowns in day-to-day activities on your K30pro, you could hold out a few months in hopes that Google Singapore offers the 256GB variant of the Pixel 6/Pro.

And by than if the 256GB availability does not happen, the S22 Ultra would have dropped in price from its current $SGD1750 for the 256GB variant so you could consider that or perhaps if the mi 12 ultra goes available locally in Singapore with local warranty then that could be a feasible option too.

Curious, those that can't handle 128gb, why? You guys have alot of large sized games? Or some large sized apps? Don't trust the cloud for image storage or drive storage?

You are really paying for a premium SSD if you go 256gb and 512gb....and that pricing isn't gonna go down easily in the next 5-10 years..........

The main reason I think 128gb is not enough for you all is you guys at least have some multiple number of games that are large in storage size.......or some other apps that I am not aware of.....

Those who have the Pixel 6 pro, do you feel your phone is warmer than previous generation of Pixels? In Inware, it constantly shows the battery between 35 - 40c.

i picked 256gb although i will be using the phone for a year. i hate using the tiny 64gb/128gb in the past.. Always paranoids for when will not have enough space, then got to delete here and there for new stuff coming in. moreover nowadays 4k video takes a chunk of space too.
