If note taking is important, why not consider Samsung galaxy with s pen instead ? You won't get as good experience on Pixel. On the hand, voice transcribing will be excellent.

I'm using note 10plus atm, previous phone was also a note series. So wanted to consider a phone with a stylus next but it will be the note 20 then.. Frankly want to use another brand la. So sian using note series. Haha.

So I bought 6A for my daughter and quite impressed. Considering a large screen phone so just curious if anyone using stylus with the pixel 6 Pro.

Prob you can look at overseas forum for this niche topic.
I would say in users in SG are divided, those who want stylus will go with Samsung or even iPad + Pencil.
Pixel extremely niche community and prob can't get any answer to it.

You might considering look at Adonit stylus.

AFAIK, the display on Pixel phones are just normal capacitive touchscreen, you won't get the type of features or pressure sensitivity compared to S-pen. If you don't care about it, then any capacitive stylus will work.

anything subscribing to 5G service ? my pixel 6 pro with Starhub 5G , signal strength is very low, just would like to compare is my phone settings are not optimised and keep getting very low 5G signal.


only find 5G signal near MRT train stations .

Same issue also. Even i'm using LTE, still drop to H+ in some areas. Seeing this wanted me to sell off my P6 for the P7p liao

Pixel 6 makes more sense tho, slight bigger screen, bigger battery, 90hz screen (can toggle to 60hz if want better battery life), more RAM, gorilla glass victus. More bang for buck imo especially if get used set

I want to try to shift towards less expensive phones that don't need super high-end specs except for
- chipset
- camera
- battery life

have been chasing high-end models year after year, but realised after 3 years of using oppo find x2 (which is considered high-end back then), I can actually make do without high-end specs. guess that's a good thing that came out of covid - when the chasing 'stops'.

pixel 6a seems to tick the boxes. and it seems super light and compact in the pocket.

and I don't like to get second hand / used sets.

4G has no issue.
5G might be unstable due to chipset.
