Know that Nova can do double tap to sleep. Is it possible to do double tap to wake? The default pixel tap to wake is only single instead of double and ended up the screen keeps waking up by accident.

Sadly no. That won't work. Actually accidental tap is not much of a concern if the phone is in the bag or pocket. As long as the ambient sensor is dark it should not turn on.

I see. Just don't like the phone to light up unnecessary especially the phone is on my hand when i move. Wondering why google remove the double tap and change it to single tap. So irritating...

Any bros here can share what your video setting?

Set my video setting at FHD resolution, frame - 30 sec, 10 - it HDR ..
But when I shared the video via whatsapp or instagram, the quality became worse (video became "brighter" and less sharp)

Any one encounter this before?

telegram doesn't compress videos or images. but use more data of course.

May I know which model or android version that used double tap ? Because I only started using Pixel phone from 4a onwards, it was already using single tap, assumed it was norm.

Most of the android phones except for pixel branded are double tap. It helps to prevent unnecessary light up when u are holding the phone. Luckily our phone comes with sensor so when in the pocket, it wont light up.

Oh...you meant other Android phones. Well that's the good/bad thing for Android ecosystem, every manufacturer is allowed to a certain degree of freedom to do their own thing. I personally still think Motorola AOD is still the best.

Nexus times was good where u get to enjoy stock android on cheaper device. Google markup by a lot when they removed the Nexus series and replaced it with Pixel branding
