Yes I was on Singtel 5G on the P7 before I switched to M1. Before the P7 was on iphone 13 pro. And both phones were fine on Singtel, never had any of the issues Im having the moment I switched to M1.

I tried forcing it to LTE, but its not any better. I was at ION this evening after work and my whatsapp literally could not send messages, and my discord was not loading at all. Maybe cos I was sitting in a restaurant, but still it shouldnt be THIS terribad. I had to resort to using ION's wifi LOL, thats how useless my LTE was. My signal bar even showed exclamation mark at one point.

Im guessing its really just M1 not playing well with the pixel modem/modem firmware, because I don't believe every other phone is experiencing this issue with M1 in particular. Luckily the SIM only plan is non contract based and I can swap out anytime, but I still need to fulfil 1 month of use before I can make any switch.

I am switching from Singtel to M1 as well for p7p. Will feedback.

My guess is the M1 coverage itself for 4G is not great either, 5G is lagi worst
As for pixel modem itself, it may also contribute to signal issue too.

I am on the Simba (TPG) network. Anyone having issues using this network on the P7?

Just being cautious before taking the plunge to get the P7 :giggle:

Hi all.. I am on M1 network and recently my p7p intermittently keeps getting "No Service"... Have gotten M1 to change a sim card and did a backend account reset.. but am still encountering same issue.. am wondering any folks out there facing same problem??... M1 informed it could be my phone issue already....

How long have you been on M1 network? Previous phone also on M1? Comparison on both phones?

Anyway, there is a thread on M1 network coverage issues:

Maybe really is phone issue?

can start reporting to service centre and see if it is a major problem for SG M1 users. :o

Does it say in settings that you have volte enabled? I believe in the network and connections tab you tap on the primary sim, and under settings there that's where you see if volte enabled. Most important to me honestly is being able to web browse when on a phone call; I realise that I've had to do that quite often.

I ordered a pixel 7 already, though a bit upset that they juked me with the CNY sales. I saw christmas was $100 off on shopee official google retailer, but also said CNY price drops from 1-3 Jan. Then come 1st Jan the CNY price drop magically disappear...

I do currently have the option of shifting one of my other family member's lines to gomo first to try. I might do that and test it myself.

Having now used p7p for 3-4mths, do you all feel the UI feels lag. Never experience this on p5 before.

There was one instance where one of my app refuses to launch from the home screen, had to uninstall/reinstall..

anyone facing same issue as me where there is a slight lag/pause on your BT earbuds (pixel a) when you view your home screen (lift to view) or pressing on the fingerprint sensor? hopefully new updates can resolve this and my fingerprint sensor issue.

No lag for me so far. The worst I've gotten is screen freeze for a few seconds when swiping between apps. Totally unpredictable and cannot be replicated. Usually, it is the cue for me to reboot the phone.

Having been used the P7P for a few months now, I do noticed that P7P signal is still not as good as a Qualcomm based phone.
I have P7P on Singtel and an Xperia 1 IV on GOMO. Both on 4G, there are some areas, where my P7P will drop signal to 3G and become very slow to load website but my Xperia 1 IV will still have 4G and still be able to load website without issue.
Otherwise, the P7P works fine most of the time.
