Updated and noticed that sometimes, the always on display (AOD) does not show after locking the phone. AOD refers to the time, date, notifications etc. I have to unlock and relock to get it to work.

Hows the battery life with AOD, i disable it since i want to eke out what little battery life i can save from it.

Too bad gomo 5g isnt supported on the P7.

hi,
i'm a P7 noob, are the updates download/install/optimize typically very slow... takes more than 30min.
Takes longer to setup a whole business.. leave it overnight the best.

I can't comment unfortunately, as I had left AOD on since day 1.

I'm using the M1 eSim on my P7P and it's been working fine.

anyone can get their p7 to be detected by PC?

I tried all sorts of cable but all won't show up in windows explorer.

however on the phone itself there are options to chose what to do with the connection though- like USB charging, transfer PTP etc means phone is detected

Plug in, select MTP or PTP on your phone.

I am facing a similar situation with Pixel 7 except i have a Pixel 6a that detect just fine using the same usb cable and PC. I have tried very possible settings in developer settings but just cannot even get it detected on Windows as a device.

Edit: I just tried a random cable that I used for charging only and it worked ?! This cable worked instead of the other cables that i use for daily files transfer with my SSD ? :ROFLMAO:
