Ordered the hazel 128gb P8 instead from Amazon sg. Sounds silly to pass up double the storage for so little more, but I really don't require 256gb.

Plus I actually wanted the hazel colour from the start

Are the normal cases very bulky? I'm comtamplatimg between the aramid fibre case and the ultra slim one.

The regular cases from mous can be quite chunky but they are known to be protective, hence I went with the ultra slim.

I received additional lazbonus around 5pm yesterday, total now is at $56

Still lesser than tmr $70 voucher, hopefully can get more lazbonus today so no need to fight for the $70 voucher at 12am

i have the exact same thoughts as you.
Cancelled the obsidian sintel lazada offer but i am sitting on the fence now as my s23 still serving me well and i somewhat prefer the 19.5 : 9 display ratio rather than the pixel's 20 : 9

I am actually quite impressed with the Honor Magic5 Pro for the specs and pricing (S$1249 msrp, 12gb/512gb). It has google play store. Displayout. 100x digital zoom. Snapdragon 8G2. UFS 4.0. Wireless charging. Its all there. Very complete.
I am very rarely impressed.

Check it out first if anybody is keen or considering pixel 8 / iphone 15 etc.

bonus is random.
they will give the most on day 1 bonus..... and on the event day 12am. base on previous event around $90~$120.
if stack everything, should be better than current $50.

i am also impressed by it. but the OS design is very dated. basically no change from mate 20 pro era....

Xiaomi 13 local set user.
Not much benefit for me to get it.
But, recommend it for others.

Download your own preferred one. Android is v flexible.

Same here, went to check out the pixels but left the store more impressed by the Magic 5 Pro haha.

One thing I noticed about Pixel 8 Pro is that the screen is ever so slightly smaller than my Pixel 7 Pro. It's narrower and slightly shorter. It's subtle but 7 Pro screen just feels that bit more 'spacious'.
