Actually phones for just under $100 is now not as rare as before... u can also find phones of around this price under the Xiaomi and Poco brands. But take note that phones with 4gb ram would run more smoothly if they are on Android Go OS rather than the regular Android OS.

I'm not sure abt that cos I'm rather tech-unsavvy haha... but u can just take note of the specs of a phone that has 4gb ram... it will state if it is on Android Go or regular Android. But some phones have ram expansion feature which may help them run more smoothly... Y03 and Y04 both have that feature.
