I'm going to Europe this December, so not sure yet.
Still considering between conical and flat.
Heard 60+ is more than enough.
Budget?
There are a lot of comparison online on flat vs conical and burr sizes.
Some done with scientific experiments

I'll be going to Germany, Switzerland and exit Italy.
Yeah, Italy is cheaper and the people there really use it for heavy duty.

Most will only remember Mazzer and Macap though.
In any case, i will still recommend sticking to Italian brands.
Anyone using the Expobar Brewtus IV? I curious about the steaming power. I have used a Brewtus III before and the steam was weak, but it was a 110V version and I'm not sure if that played a part. Anyone can comment on this? Thanks!
Ceado looks very good, heard it's even better than Mazzer, but the better models are really exp and look quite plastic. There are many good brands in Italy, like Fiorenzato, Ceado and Quamar.

TomC said:For those who don't know, a brief recap; "Lyn" of Lyn Weber Workshops is of course Craig Lyn, the original developer along with Paul Nahhas who brought us the HG-One. And drumroll..... Craig's new partner in his ever growing company, the mysterious Mr Weber, is a titan in the mechanical engineering world, who was very high up in Apple and patent owner of dozens of brilliant things that ended up in a lot of our pockets already. The CV of Douglas Weber is quite impressive and from first glance, he's exactly the kind of person I'd want helping me realize a new product in this vein. He's also very passionate about coffee apparently, so that's a good thing. Do an internet search for Douglas Weber Apple and judge for yourself, is all I really need to say.
There has always been no TITANIUM burrs for the HG One. It used to be either bead blasted Mazzer burrs or TIN coated 3rd party burrs.
You can still order the new 2015 HG One now at the new lynweber website.
