i am thinking of selling to ppl at my office building.....

cost is like 30 cents for the cup.... beans $14/250g = 13 cups = $1.10 per cup if 18g per cup

milk 1 cup cost is 50cents if using UHT... Fresh milk cost will be 80 cents

total so far $2.60

sell $3 for non milk and $4 for milk?

Work on your latte art and can upsell $5-6 for a nice cup of latte.

All is order and pick up one... no need to work on the latte art which i am bad at..... lol

But UHT vs fresh milk really makes a diff on getting the micro foams?

I tried dutch lady UHT and it didnt hold the foam well.

So full fat fresh milk is the best.

The guy reply me is = they roast upon order only.
If delivery = roast 5 days + 5 days delivery.
So i choose self collect at Stirling Tiong Hoe.

Yup arabica . after taste do linger for a bit bit. But not as strong or long as PPP's throwback. I feel dollar to dollar, its pretty decent.

previously was using merigold the cow design package fresh milk till ppl start expecting and asking for free coffee daily without contributing that I decided to use UHT milk instead

Grind for french paper, doesnt look like there is a filter for this.

Coarse grind like for french press. This is using immersion brew method.
