Not sure if they do! But no harm asking if you are keen to get one too. Quite a few improvements since the 1st versions. The temperature stability issues have been fixed and shower screens come with the Teflon coating. No problems so far, keeping fingers crossed.

Pre brew seems to work as advertised. Can grind very fine without choking. The stability also makes it easy to tune to taste. Slayer offers a guide on how to adjust the various parameters to achieve a taste profile you'd like.

Will try to get some light roasted filter coffee beans and try to make and espresso out of them to push the boundaries....

I got mine for quite a good price. Exchange rate not very good now though. Only customized the body panels with a simple red. Other customizations are too expensive! The fancy customization you see on the slayer website must have cost a bomb.
Lol. I know price can be sensitive. But just totally no idea of its price range. Like 3 to 5k? 5 to 8k? 10k and above?

Hi everyone,

Being New to the espresso scene, where can i buy fresh roasted bean? i've live in the West area while working in the central.

Any recommendation?

Regards
Mark

can try tiny roaster in Clementi for brew coffee. Jimmy monkey for espresso. Alma coffee roasters too.

central area can get from many places. Nylon, strangers reunion, highlander, common man, Toby estate, Jewel coffee,

Can order online locally from yahava, alma coffee or coffee in a place, papa palheta,

Coffee in a place is recently offering classic Italian style dark roasted espresso from Naples. Tastes great if you like traditonal stuff with almost 0 acidity and chocolate notes. Greens apparently sourced from Nordic approach. I use this with the lever machine and it pairs well

Or from foreign roasters like hasbean, klatch, square mile, sensory lab, nude espresso

I recommend trying foreign roasters to get an idea how good espresso beans can be.

Should fit. I have a Rancilio bottomless and it fits in my Rocket. Only problem was that it has to be overlocked. Almost 4 o'clock position. I got the Cafelat 8.5mm Silicon Gasket and everything is perfect.

A lot of counter space for 2 machines plus a few grinders! Big big house

Actually I only have slayer at home now. I sold off the beloved VBM to a nice chap. Cremina is at office. Grinder only have hg one at home. My kitchen is very small. Should have broken the wall and made open concept kitchen for more counter space.
Tried sweet shop from square mile today. A bit tricky to brew. Seems quite astringent this time around. Thin body despite being a ristretto. Think I'll try to grind finer.
Toby has a good Ethiopian limu. Really very smooth body with lemon acidity.

The carousell 30 secs guy is a private importer, not official reseller.
He says he don't offer any form of after service, support and warranty.
Buy at your own risk.

Santino is a pretty established brand here that also distributes Nuova Simonelli including Victoria Arduino here for quite a while. Not sure how good they are support wise, but I would imagine it will be better than an average carousell seller
