Look like they sell mostly commercial machines and beans, if that's what you need.

Santino is a pretty established brand here that also distributes Nuova Simonelli including Victoria Arduino here for quite a while. Not sure how good they are support wise, but I would imagine it will be better than an average carousell seller

Any knowledge on their support and warranty?

I'm looking to acquire a simple e61 single group head for home use

guys, I recently bought an espresso machine (BZ13) and have some newbie questions for espresso machine gurus here:

1) How do I attach the water softener?

2) I drink at most 2 cups a day. Any cleaning procedure I should note, particularly right after use and also daily?

In my old delonghi, I only flushed water through the shower screen. Do I just do the same for the BZ13?

3) How often should I backflush my machine?

i do back flush with water after my last cup and with detergent twice a month. Last check with my shower screen down was very clean.

Which softener you referring?
I think it's easier to use a water filter pitcher than softener.

1) what kind of water softener do you have? Water softener do not perform filtering out of heavy metals and chlorine. Water pitcher filter does not soften water. Those 3m ones typically don't do softener

Not reverse osmosis system isn't water softener, you need to add that.

I install this under my sink and it's not water softener system

2 ) back flush before turning machine off. I back flush with detergent weekly

Congrats on your purchase! I think you've made the right choice over the Breville.

Don't bother with the water softener. SG's tap water is already soft enough to use on its own. If you want, use a water filter pitcher like what compuser mentioned. Brands like Pur or Brita you can get from Amazon.

As others have mentioned, backflush with water everyday at least once. I clean the screen with a brush before flushing and wipe the screen and the areas around it with a dry cloth after flushing.
Don't go too crazy with using the detergent. Once every fortnight should be fine. In fact I seldom use the detergent. I like to just pry the screen off and clean everything with a damp cloth rather than using the detergent.

Sharing some photos of my Slayer!

Buying from Jimmy Monkey was a great experience. Michael is very knowledgeable about the Slayer and will patiently go thru the features and specs. The plumbing in installation job was done very professionally and with minimum fuss.

Still testing out the prebrew functions and its effect on coffee, preliminarily i'm able to reduce sourness with light roasted coffee and still get good body without having to have a high brew ratio!
