Check out the mass order thread.
The Bezzera are the best espresso machines you can get in Singapore and are priced very decently
They give real cafe quality different from machines like delonghi ,Krups nespresso, etc.
With proper care, they can last through generations. The company is over a hundred years old and are all made in Italy .

Or like mentioned above order directly from website: www.finecoffeecompany.com[/QUOTE]

Just curious if anyone else shares the same experience with me: when I single doze on my grinder, for the same flow rate through the espresso machine, I require a finer grind. When I fill my hopper up, I require a coarser grind for the same flow rate. The flavor separation is better for the finer grind through single dosing.

On a separate matter, it would be great if someone with pre-infusion ability on their machine (water plumb line pressure/variable speed pump with pressure control/fixed speed pump with pressure control valve going back to pump suction) can describe the impact of pre infusion on flavors of the espresso compared to without pre infusion (of course tastes are subjective but it would be great to hear some experiences)
When you fill your hopper up, there's more weight to push the coffee down, thus you will get more in the portafilter holder. With more powder, there's more resistance and it seems like you need a coarser grind to get the same flow.
Just pour less into the hopper, unless you are doing for commercial purpose.

The dose is the same weight for both hopper filled shot and single dose shot

Had finish my first Perkcoffee batch, they go on a more friendlier approach and the box came with hand written message, second batch came in a much slimmer cardbox (first batch i got included the free hario v60 drip).

Bean wise is very fresh, (although not a good gauge) as compared to those bought at nylon, papa, much more crema. Nice even roast, even papa have quite a bit of random lighter roast beans within a bag.

Should be okay, if you are scare, maybe partially cover with aluminium foil to avoid direct projection, paper clips should work.

If turn fast enough, should create a "fluid bed" for roasting.
No consistency, but it should still work.

Anyone knows where's the cheapest place for the OCD coffee distributor?

OEM version...

https://carousell.com/p/62060907/?rank=6

Asked the seller to confirm.

Question: I suppose this is the OEM version? Any idea where this is made in?
Answer:
Yup..... China.. But design wise.... It is better than the OCD.... Height adjustment is via screws.... No washers required.
Also very heavy too.
