can use this? or need to buy another type?

This is detergent, DO NOT PUT in the water tank/ reservoir

Cafiza is for back flushing the group head, soaking baskets, cleaning out stainless thermal flusk

For descaling, go Phoon Huat buy citric acid. A few bucks only, mix with water and put in the water tank

just checking if this is ok?

https://www.fairprice.com.sg/product/oust-all-purpose-descaler-3s-x-25ml

i did a search about OUST

https://coffeeforums.co.uk/topic/30714-descaler/

i read those acid can makan the gasket also

I highly recommend you use a product that is tried and tested for espresso machines. Can't go wrong with cafetto. Has to be food safe and diluted to the recommended concentrations so as not to damage your machine. Usually these descalers are citric acid based. I also recommend u you filter your water in future to prevent this.

I tried to Google

A lot don’t sell descalers

Anyway yesterday I used toothpick to clear the nozzle . This morning is normal pressure already :s12:

Just wondering, anyone gone for those barista courses offered by Highlander or Common Man Coffee Roaster or CSHH etc? Any reviews on them? Considering the Highlander one as there is a 7 hours course claimable by Skillsfuture and looks very complete.

They have a local dealer here right? No stock?

Oh they do? Sorry I wasn't aware.
Would you have a name of this dealer? I'm quite keen on the 2019 Gaggia Classic Pro as a gift. :)

Edit: found it! https://www.galoncoffee.com/online-store and yes, it's out of stock :(

I'm using their darker roast as my staple blend, Margo and something else.
Good bean size, thick crema and very smooth for a dark roast.

Hi! I noticed that coffee beans seem to be much more expensive here in Singapore as compared to US. What are some places that sell high quality beans here for cheap? Best I found so far is splendour coffee

$26 for 1kg is cheap but 50% robusta though. Do you drink it espresso or with milk?
