Yeah under the overalls.
But used to be more outgoing last time.
Even my Longines also the case nicked, scratched one heng the glass nv tio.

Anyway afaik the tough solar watch batt cannot change at rando shop cos they rarely carry rechargeable button cell.
On that note, never changed the batt of mine
U might have a faulty tough solar..
Mine works well in non direct lights

I changed my own battery cell too.
It charges well after that as well.
No issue with the water proofing.

Nice Casio G-shock watch, however my personal preference is a smart watch. :giggle:

taobao or shopee.
mine replaced and using for 2~3 years. so far no issue.
i follow youtube guide, it is not too complicated!
remember to apply some silicone sealent to the o-ring before closing the back lid~
also try to do it on a dry day or in a aircon dry room, it helps with reducing the moisture inside.
for watch with many moisture inside, maybe can put into dry box (with the watch backlid opened) to wick out the moisture before doing the battery replacement.
