At that age... You won't have problem having a car and kids alr teens can travel by their own... I am at the stage where primary school is no longer a problem.

Like many upgraded to EC, have no issue as well... Right... Also many not so great location... Did they tune to it... Yes of course..

I rather retire early or least not afraid of retrench anymore. You never know... Alot of bad news coming.. Alot of my contractors that partner for years... Suddenly jobless at 50 plus...

No joke when you have kids schooling and housing loan to pay...

Like I said... A choice and committment...

If you're at top 5%, no problem at all.

People who rely on loans often end up worse. My contractor, for example, is 51 and owns a condo, but he's now preparing for a potential hard landing or even a crash of he get retrenched as there is news alr.

If he wants to sell, he’ll have to wait 15 months, and applying for a BTO could take 30 months delay. He mentioned that now, envy anyone who secure bto twice.

This project is located at Kovan MRT? Proximity walk to Star Kovan? I personally don't like Buangkok and I feel Serangoon mall is so tiny

early days was cn west in taman jurong and big splash in east coast. then closed down then 1994 was fantasy island in sentosa.

That place is worse than staying in jb unless you drop another 200k on a car. To get out of that area u have to feeder bus to jurong west mrt for 30mins with bus frequency at 20 mins. So u go out 1 way already burn almost an hour to the mrt

Even driving it's 10 min out to civilization

The Bukit Batok West Brickville project is next to the upcoming Tengah JRL train station? Might be a better choice but the only downside is near Xiao Gui Ling. More popular for non-Chinese, but not so popular for Chinese, Buddhism. Also, can self check-in and out to Renci Nursing Home. Project is 10 mins bus journey to Bukit Batok MRT

What is the story with xiao gui ling?
