Imagine one applicant first timer can choose 3 units. I think sinkies not so hardup for any location btos also. This location so jia lak meh?

Last time young stay around that area always blocked nose. And it's super far from mrt. The only good thing is if drive, next to it is AYE already.

I lived in the west when I was young. Taman jurong is so low ses that even I, a westie, don't go.

People who wow about lake view at chinese garden - it has been there for many many years. Even so, Taman jurong remained just as low ses.

Changing some narrative now wouldn't make a difference.

Last time NS in Jurong camp, always got one don’t know what smell at Boon Lay MRT…

Bad location, no mrt, stay there is only free view of Tuas

It's OCR, more developed in west regions, likely won't hit $1m benchmark. The popular location in west area is at the 2 Boon Lay MRTs, Boon Lay interchange and 2 Jurong Point malls or otherwise Jurong East MRT opposite Westgate and JEM

Jurong East seems to have a strict closing hours for their food, drinks and eateries

Tuas and Jurong Island nearer to the 2 Boon Lay MRTs

Boon Lay MRTs still can see some small groups at a western stall after 10pm. More lively environment

Taman Jurong BTO got superbowl, popular for west side for night events and prawning. I heard during the day, the mall seems like got nothing much comparable to shopping malls. Should be walking distance to food market and s11. Near S.A. nursing home, can do self check-in and out but further away from Lakeside MRT. I don't think the BTO will be affected by the noise due to night events at Superbowl because got a distance but should be able to hear sound of cars travelling along AYE all day and can be irritating to some
