any idea what does "You are on the wait list." mean? Are they processing it even?

Got this message when I tried to request for physical card via the app 5 days ago, and today tried again still get the same message.

I received the refund on GP wallet today. Takes 2days to from Shopee refund to GP wallet.. quite fast.. best is Grab Reward point not deducted leh..😄

I went to dig out all the Simplygo-related transactions from Grabpay and Simplygo. I tried to tag them together via the highlighted colours.

Two findings:
- Initial Registration of $0.10 was not refunded
- I may have 1 extra deduction of $0.10

I will stop using for a few weeks to see how they deal with the over deducted amounts.

why there are so many 10cents deduction?

kinda crap right... at least be more transparent about their process.

some people say the card will be sent in 10 days, but i'm not sure if they are even processing, or not, if we're on the waiting list (why got wait list? not enough plastic to produce the cards?).

call grab CSO also no use. say what, need to wait for the email to come to fill in and submit. everything like so vague - "wait" is like their standard response.

Issit norm for grab to request IC , payslip, bank info during application of grabpay verification?

I apply thru myinfo, then grab email me asking for more details.

Indeed abnormal. Myinfo already provided all they need. No further question is required
