Yes. GPMC generally sucks with refunds. I have 3 refunds so far. First one, grab gave me back my money immediately after merchant refund me. 2nd one, Grab still did not give my money back 30 days from merchant confirming that they already refunded me, so i raised a ticket with grab. Grab gave me back the money about a week after the ticket is raised. 3rd one, merchant refunded me on 16jan. Grab still never give me back. I will raise ticket 16th feb.

You don't have to wait till a month to raise. You can do it when refund never happens to log a case or do it after 14 days since this is the typical refund period.

It's not just the payment tab.... main screen top left corner, normally will show GrabPay account balance. Right now, it's just showing one exclamation mark.

You'd have the specify where you made that transaction. Seems like I tried making to AIA, no points.

Same here. My GPMC payment to Singapore Life (insurance) yielded no points at all. But last month, points were earned, though.

Yeah luckily this is also my last month of the quarter and I already topped up 2K. I'll just wait for the $600 rebate and then spend it on something else and cancel this card. Thanks UOB for the 10% back, pretty sure you didn't make much money from me.

you can still earn 10% rebate for march before the 16th. that is another $200 saved. dun waste it.

More accurately uob cc rebate of 3.33%/5% + additional rebate for grab of 5%

As someone else commented, as long as they give ample notice of change of T&C; it’s all fair and we can choose not to give them business. It’s only the unannounced changes (e.g. YouTrip top-up) that leaves something to be desired...

I happen to call Grab hotline today regarding a refund which Giant says they processed on 9 Feb. According to Grab CSO, it takes 7 to 10 days from the date of refund by merchant.
