I shopped at the Nike 11.11 sale at IMM outlet mall for $125. Since this is capita mall, I scanned the receipt into the capitastar app. I got 625 stars and also a $10 eCapitaVoucher valid for 3 months. I didnt expect the ecapitavoucher. Does anybody know was it a promo?

Yes. There is a promo, from capitaland website:

As per Grab website, just need to hit > 4.5K Points, to become Platinum.
Since u're @ Gold now, it'll be 3 Points / $1, so just need to spend $1.5K by 31 Dec or 30 Jun - using ur GrabPay MC/Wallet; and u'll be Platinum liao

Ask u all, few days ago I bought a big purchase online using grabcard. How come my member tier status still stuck at ‘Silver’ ah? I didn’t really monitor usually but it should be ‘gold’ by now right after being rewarded with 5000 pts?

by right if you earn >4500 points in jul-dec 2020 you should be at platinum

I got the physical card for everyday purchase, I use it for paying tuition fee, body check up, dentist, restaurant..etc use, now I am in platinum

It is better to have physical card , last time I have a big purchase but the shop only have the old machine, need to use physical card, so I cannot use and earn grab pt by that time.

If you do not have Amex truecash or other cards that still give cash rebates or points for grabpay topup, I see the benefit of using this card. Unless you have credit cards which give point or cashbacks lesser than 0.8%(i’ m assuming you r already at platinum tier. Other lower tiers earn lesser than this %) of ur purchase while using them directly at merchants.

I paid for foodpanda. And due to some missing item. Foodpanda refund me partial amount back to the credit card.
