I have added GPMC into my Samsung pay, but when I tried to tap my phone into the gantry, the gantry shows error, anyone experience similar issue?

Yes it's targeted, I didn't receive the offer. Maybe only for high spenders with the virtual card.
im a low spend and i was offered the free card, but my spouse is high spend and had to pay $10 for the card... sheeze -_____-

but free also no use, the APP had issues when i tried to apply i wrote in several emails to complain, why was i offered free card but the APP kept wanting to deduct the $10 during application, and morover they removed the free option RIGHT AFTER i did the top up, like purposely or wat !?

they replied after a month then tell me they fixed the error ask me to apply again...

Took ONE WHOLE MONTH then reply !

by then i already anyhow finish spending the $100 instead of using at the place i planned to, coz the free card cannot be applied on time

Really screwed up and lousy service

I think they will refund you the $10 if you spend $1000 within 180 days?
pls note the refund is NOT AUTO credit into your Grab Wallet like some of us may have expected !

they "secretly" give u the refund in terms of REWARDS (and how are we suppose to know !? )

if u dun call them and ask wat happened to your refund, they will just keep quiet about it,
im not sure if the refund will expire or not, users wont even know theres a refund for us to claim

really ______ :cautious: ... surely it DID NOT occur to them that most customers will overlook claiming the refund

They did refund me the $10 into my grab pay account in my case but I do agree that they do take a long time to reply for any discrepancies.

im short of ard $100 spending to hit $750 and the Campaign suddenly disappearred !

Late last week was still ard 3000 slots ! :(

Is anyone else still seeing this in your APP ?

Campaign was suppose to end on 13th July

Usually 15th refreshed but no guarantee as they've considered stopping it b4 so enjoy if it last.

1300 slots shown is how much available people could qualify for the points back if the criteria is hit at that point of time. It will end once all slots are taken, ie completed the criteria and hence the challenge.

For my tier, the 2000 slots for 20k pts alr ran out at the start of jul.

Mine is $1600. 20 transactions. But all fully redeemed by 2nd July Liao. It’s first come first serve mah. Doesn’t mean until 14 July. I have participated every month grab power challenge except this month got nothing much to buy so barely hit. I hope 15 July my amount for grab pay challenge will drop.

I made some travel bookings a while ago using GPMC and the transactions earned me Grab Powerup Challenge rewards.

However, as travel bubbles never happened, I will be getting a full refund of my travel bookings back to GPMC.

My questions are:
1. What will happen to my Grab account if my Grab points go into severe negative like negative tens of thousands.
2. Will Grab clawback the Grab Powerup Challenge rewards? Or just claw back the 6 points per $1 spend.

I think if you not hit that numbers, it will go down in the next one, I had that experience

Like that will mean some users will 1 whole month "Cold Storage" the Grab APP and Grab Card lol...

Then likely they will lose customers. coz ppl will forget about using this card this after 1 month of not using ... Haah...

they don't really depends on power up challenge, grab wallet still #1 usage in sg
