No surprise here.

Two major factors: Top up with credit card and earning reward and GrabRewards.

The rest just can't compete.

im platinum user i got this to hit $750 to get 15k points

apart from the tier i am getting, is the next tier going to be this :
2000 slots for 20K with $1600 spending ?

any tips on how not to go to that tier? coz i for sure cannot spend $1600 and it will be useless...

No idea. I always been platinum and my power up challenge previously was 2k, 20 transactions then change to 1.6k , 20 transactions for 2 consecutive months.

grabpay card no nets. Some hawker has Grab QR or SGQR with Grab logo, can scan the QR code using Grab app to pay from Grab wallet.

competition works in a fair market but this logic will only tell when it comes out next year.

but just think back of SingLife example. Singlife was once new kid on the block, their initial 2.5% was only seen as decent when you could get better rates banks elsewhere jumping thru the hoops (3-4%). still rem alot of ppl ask "safe anot, who's this" etc etc when it first soft launched but i just signed up with the minimum depsoit required cos why not just to try out.

they dangle decent good rates at start but later on chop the carrot shorter and shorter till now. good rates is still achievable but with hoops too.

for e-Wallets wise, it's anyone's take if they can offer more than what Grab offers. points, rewards, eligible for higher card rebates even better (RIP UOB one and YOLO days). go hawker the QR code put so many apps logo but tbh, everytime i see ppl scan is mostly Grab. this is partly also cos of the Grab eco-system strategy, whoever has taken Grab rides would alr have Grab app so they just use it especially those wants save hassle of downloading more apps.
