Seems now cannot advance pay geneco bill via grabpay. They fixed the loophole and now only overpayments to be done through AXS instead. Perhaps they paying too much in txn fees

Are there issues with 3D authentication? Can't use GPMC at Qoo10 and mAXS (manually key in card details).

Can prepay via AXS app/website, but no Grab points. Or just pay each month instead of prepay.
