ah. special arrangement. ntuc don't have this option. but ntuc was almost half the price with full excess waiver too. so i switched back.

A question I plan to use grab pay for my insurance, example my wallet is empty and the insurance payment is not done, will grab or my insurance inform me that the payment is not done yet?

Do you mean you set up payment for insurance via direct billing to a card?

Has anybody ever used GrabPay Mastercard to make a payment and later void it within a few minutes time?
When will you get back your refunded amount back to your GrabPay Wallet?
Mine was swiped and canceled on the same day, 21st Jun, but until now still yet to get back my full refund amount, don't know what is happening?

Need to wait 2 weeks for unposted transactions to revert, this is standard for all cards.

not true. most of the main banks will release within 3-5 days. merchant actually only has 5 days to claim the funds
