The $10 qoo10 gift card need 4850 points to redeem. 4850 is equivalent to $9.70. So cheaper by 30 cents only. Where got 20% ?

Likewise the $5 off with Grabpay online need 2500 points. That is equivalent to $5 exact. Why would anyone bother to redeem it ?

its a points back, meaning they credit you 20% after you redeem. makes no difference unless you have limited points

One gets a "free" redemption after 4 redemptions. If one is maxing out the redemptions, redeeming 16 gets 4 free. So take it as 30k points = $100 cashback
