I pay town council bill using e-axs.
topup to my gpmc. Inside the app use gpmc to pay tc bills. Accepted just paid today.

I have thousands in grabpay wallet.

with restrictions like damn hard to finish. Any lobang to clear out or just slowly use as a normal credit card is the most optimal?

Use as a normal Mastercard wherever Mastercard is accepted and the merchant not a bonus category per any of your other credit cards.

Just download the recurring payment form from your town council website and post it to them.

But the form can input gpmc? I thought only bank account as giro.

Select credit card on the form. I am using gpmc for giro for scc but always insufficient fund coz I forgot to top up before the deduction.

I can use GRABPAY but the payment instructions require me to type in the invoice number…

When you key in the $ amount and you in in $1, wouldn’t they prompt you to say does not meet the minimum?

unless you didn’t get that prompt and you reach the screen where they ask you to select the payment method, and you select paynow qr and you scan with grab and it doesn’t work

Depend on TC, Marine Parade TC can put in any amount. Sembawang TC must put in the defined amount.

Oh yes........ immediately they refunded. Guess i am not the only one making the request. Interesting there were 22 ppl in the queue in front of me. Not sure if it is all related to the same problem or not. haha
