Great Eastern generated Paynow QR from GE website last year can scan using Grab. Tried 2 weeks ago on 13 Jan 2023 cannot liao. Luckily still could pay by AXS then as it was before 16 Jan.

SCB Manhattan Card + ipaymy combo (minimum 3000)

Maybank Platinum Visa + ipaymy combo (min 300 per mth for 3 mths)

There is another way to use SAM kiosk which accept AMEX.
And also last check it does not fall under latest exclusion (https://www.americanexpress.com/content/dam/amex/sg/benefits/SGexclusions_Aug2022.pdf)

hmm ...i used to have manhattan but realised SC replaced it with the Rewards card already .... so could be slowly transitioning existing users out
