Looking forward to the next promo points redemption, and probably no more use for grab, except for hawker food .....

Not able to maintain Platinum membership .... so sad, but inevitable ....

Insurance nerf means cannot pay insurance company via grabpay masterscard?

Yes, tried yesterday to pay via insurance company and via AXS mobile app by GrabPay but both unsuccessful.

reply message from GRAB for payment via insurance company:
GRAB: Your GrabPay Card transaction at GREAT EASTERN LIFE for SGD 50 failed due to insufficient transferable balance. Please try to top up your wallet with a linked bank account/PayNow/debit card.

reply message from GRAB for payment via AXS mobile app:
GRAB: Your GrabPay Card transaction at AXS PTE LTD for SGD 50 failed due to insufficient transferable balance. Please try to top up your wallet with a linked bank account/PayNow/debit card.

Since already nerfed until cannot nerf already, Grab Wallet might as well stop accepting credit card top up.

Grabpay blocked AXS payment since january 2023 already.

and recently start block insurance payment for top up using CC. you can still pay if top up from bank account (which is pointless )
