This one related to grab?SP says GreenUp new rewards coming in April 1st. Then first 2 days of April no update, then after that removed the notice quietly
I only have 1.3k points..haha..cannot claim much stuff also..

or slowly accumulate to 1500 or 2500 where there are more options to claim..just use the points to offset your next grab ride or grabfood lor, certainly better than letting the points rot
used to give 20% cashback, now only 5%, and 600 points is so....Buy Fraser $100 gift card by Grabpay, get additional $5 .... if you are Platinum member, get 600 Grab points .....
Check the Fraser Experience App for details .....
I think for now the angle should be “at least got give”used to give 20% cashback, now only 5%, and 600 points is so....
i dun think that way... it is essential to give, else no fish will bite, no? so with small bait, few or no fish will bite. bigger bait, more fish will bite. that's how to world moves.I think for now the angle should be “at least got give”
That’s really up to grab’s calculation.i dun think that way... it is essential to give, else no fish will bite, no? so with small bait, few or no fish will bite. bigger bait, more fish will bite. that's how to world moves.
with the high inflation now, i am spending less and saving more. most people r in this mentality i believe. without bigger baits, no one will want to spend more than necessary.
That’s really up to grab’s calculation.
like what’s the pros and cons of giving an extra unit of perk vis-a-vis the net benefit they will get.
For us consumers, we are at the mercy of such businesses. For those there are no alternatives, e.g., you can only redeem grab points via grab, I think it’s perfectly logical and fine to have the mentality that “at least got give”. Because the alternative is nothing.
while those with other alternatives, then yes shouldn’t have such mentality but to look for if grab cannot provide the perk, who else can
but what if they never give 20% anymore? just let their points forfeit?that's correct. so as i said, 5%, i will not bite. 20%, i will jump right in. up to the business to deem whether their promos hit or miss the targeted quotas, and what to offer next.
it's up to the consumers to decide. spend more to get that little reward or just forfeit. there is no right nor wrong.but what if they never give 20% anymore? just let their points forfeit?
oh do you mean if you don't have enough points to redeem, so no point just to spend more to get enough points to redeem something for 5% cashback?it's up to the consumers to decide. spend more to get that little reward or just forfeit. there is no right nor wrong.
like yesterday i need to take a ride. i checked all the apps and use grab immediately, cos it offers me a $5 discount.
oh do you mean if you don't have enough points to redeem, so no point just to spend more to get enough points to redeem something for 5% cashback?
Yup, just keep on waiting. Haha. For whoever have 1000~2000 points, another 600 points also do no harm, in fact with ~2500 pts available, more options of what to redeem .....
On thing for sure, got to accept that the "buy $60 Frasers gift card if pay by $50 Grabpay" may not come back any time soon ....
I am just hoping upcoming GSS period, before my Platinum membership is gone, there are more promos ....
