Tbh, very doubtful of that conclusion given there are a lot of bo chup people who probably don’t frequent here.

so the best conclusion is not being able to conclude without much data. It’s all hypothesis/speculation

maybe you try testing a topup without money inside. see what's their message of rejecting. is it insufficient balance or what
