Mine still as usual... still on wait list. No new buttons to request. Not that it matters much anymore.
On other hand, my colleague who is super late to the party, requested for the card barely a month back and just received it...

I applied on 14 Feb. Just received it in the mail today. The app would prompt for your mailing address. If u didn't get to key in ur address, means u r still on waiting list.

I know no cashback for credit card spend, but someone told me it qualify for the dbs lifestyle spend and earn promo $30 cashback, as credit card cashback vs promo cashback is different.

Did that someone who told you test himself? I tested last week. My target didn't even move after waiting for 1 week

just realized the card is already here since dunno when - checked the wrong mailbox :s13:

gonna quickly top up with the uob one card for this month and March before the new rules kick in.

one thing I immediately experience is that when I register this card to a billing organization (e.g. SingTel), they will pre-charge the card ($1) and GrabPay says they have paid (and give me some Grab points). how to 'get back' this $1 since it is used to authenticate the card with SingTel?

usually credit card companies will show it as 'Pending' but this Grab is immediately deduct (since it works like a debit card).

Have to wait for the billing organization to release the charge. Some do it almost immediately, others takes few weeks.

so depends how fast SingTel 'refunds' the $1 back to my Grabpay wallet? :o

actually it's GOMO, not Singtel. paiseh as I anyhow use an example.

I just got off the phone with Grab CSO. kinda play taichi. they say it's GOMO who needs to release the $1 back to my wallet. but when I ask GOMO CSO earlier they say it is up to Grab (or "the bank") to request for refund.

dunno who is right, who is wrong.

anyway, Grab says need to wait 14 *working* days, if not refunded, apply for chargeback and they will follow up.

so have to wait up to 3 weeks to see what happens :s22:

How do you explain (last time) Revolut hold for $0.50 was refunded almost instantly to Grab? Still Grab holding on to it or merchant?
