They remove vs change amount of points for redemption are different matter. They even say going to have more things to redeem. Anyway not much lost since they retaining the same points conversion rate for offsetting grabpay payment

I thought the voucher nerf was only for grab vouchers (ride and food) those under Grab category in Rewards page. Doesn't affect merchant vouchers (liho, starbucks, etc)

Payments to the following merchants / merchant categories are not eligible for GrabRewards points, regardless if these payments are made using the in-app GrabPay check-out option or using the GrabPay Card:

Money transfer or remittance service providers
Payments to banks or third-party mobile wallets
Investment or brokerage platforms
Billing service providers and bill aggregators (including AXS)

The above list is non-exhaustive.
We are constantly reviewing these merchant categories and may add/remove categories in accordance with our risk and security protocols.

I waited 1 month twice before writing to them to refund $0.1 verification charge. They didn't ask for black and white and refunded me within 1-2 days.

yes will refund automatically after 1 month plus.got my simplygo,m1 and StarHub $1 refunded.

for parkingSG it that about 3 days to refund the balance that u end early parking.
