My fave is using linked to grab method which didn't get any points. Once I realize (long after the link ) now I change to using gpmc, the latest transaction in Feb has.

For Qoo10, same thing it was just choosing their option using grab to pay which didn't earn points. Reported the issue thru several transactions n they still say I earn rewards. Reli faint.

I got points for grabpay when I use favepay all these while. When I check the payment method and it still states 10 reward points for every $1 paid with grabpay.

My latest transaction 25th Feb. I did receive points (Fave link to Grab method) I bought monster curry deal.

I also gotten for Favepay direct to merchant all the while

Update* i just bought a deal 9am today. Paid $10.90. Gotten 109 grab points. Via link to grab

Maybe you want to report your case in Grab app. They may back pay you all the reward points since they are valid spent and the fave app also showed you r entitled to the points.

Tot they have already increase the redemption points needed? So guess only will redeem during flash sales.
