The only few times I encounter failures in top-up were due to weak wifi signal or wifi handover to 4G during my top-up txn. I would point the issue to connection and not the app for my cases.

Hi rouletteking, i did encounter the same issue. What i did is to save the credit card in the Grab apps, then the issue is resolved. Try it and let us know if it works for you.

If I remember correctly there is a cut off time. Like before 12nn or 2pm, it is posted on the same day, otherwise it is posted one day later. I got to know it when I was chionging for the scb card rebates on grab last time?

All my Grab top up transactions on 30/4/2020 are posted the very next day. Even transaction as late as 7pm plus on 30/4/2020. Heng ah!

amex true cashback still have rebate for grab topup, other amex cards exclude grab topup

Doesn’t seems like have due to some error

The cash back cards seems to put grab top up until 0% 6 months installment plan. Thus , not applicable for cashback
